If in the event that you would like to return or exchange your item, we do have a 30 day return policy. All returns must be in original packaging. Shipping and Handling is paid by the customer.
What is your cancellation policy?
Orders cancelled before the order has been shipped (most orders ship within 24 hours) are entitled to a full refund. Orders cancelled after the order has been shipped are entitled to a refund less shipping and handling.
What is your return policy?
Miche Bag offers a 30-Day Trial on all products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact your Miche Bag Representative, Dana Akins-Adeyemi (DeltaDana), within 30 days of the date of purchase for refund or exchange. Consumer agrees to arrange shipping of product back to Miche Bag.
To return a product, please first contact 508-982-0362 or email me at RETURN@deltadana.com to arrange for approval. Please include the date of original purchase, party hostess or location of puchase, and items being returned.
- All returned product must be in original condition and free of damage. Shells returned folded in thirds will NOT be eligible for refund or exchange.
- All returns are subject to prior approval of Miche Bag.
- Items returned without approval of Miche Bag may not be eligible for exchange.
